Our Standard Procedure for Work Visa


Initial consultation: We first conduct an initial discussion between the recruiter or the employer and the potential employee to understand their qualifications, skills, experience and expectations regarding working abroad.

Eligibility Determination: We verify whether the applicant meets the eligibility criteria for the desired work visa, including qualifications, work experience and other requirements specified by the immigration authorities of the destination country.

Visa category: We identify the most suitable visa category for your employment situation by considering factors such as temporary or permanent employment, special skills, inter-company transfers or other specific programs offered by the destination country.

Gathering Required Documents: Gather all the documents required for the visa application, which may include:

  • Passport with validity exceeds the specified period of stay.

  • Passport size photograph meets certain requirements.

  • Job offer letter or employment contract from the sponsoring employer.

  • Educational certificate, diploma, or degree relevant to the job.

  • Proof of professional qualification or certification, if applicable.

  • Police clearance certificate or background check.

  • Financial documents showing sufficient funds to support yourself during your stay.

  • Health test results or medical clearance depending on visa requirements.

Application Form : Our experienced team fills the visa application form accurately and completely, providing all the required information and ensuring that it matches the details of your supporting documents.

Payment of Application Fee: We pay the required visa application fee on behalf of the applicant, which may vary depending on the visa category, processing time and policies of the immigration authorities of the destination country. Fees are generally non-refundable even if the visa application is rejected.

Application Submission : We submit your completed visa application form along with all supporting documents to the appropriate Visa Processing Center or Embassy/Consulate of the destination country. In some countries where online applications are required, our experienced consultants submit online applications, while others accept paper applications.

Biometrics (if applicable): May collect biometrics from you if required by the destination country and provide you with an appointment date to provide the biometrics. You must be present on the date. It usually provides fingerprints and a photograph for identity verification purposes.

Attend the interview (if applicable): As part of the visa application process you will have an online interview with immigration officials. We help you prepare for the interview by familiarizing yourself with visa requirements, your employment details and other relevant information.

Waiting for Processing: Waiting for visa processing to be completed, which can range from a few weeks to a few months depending on the visa category, the volume of the application and the immigration authorities' processing time. We will keep you updated about the visa.

Visa Decision Making: Once the visa application is processed, you will receive a decision on your application. If approved, you will be issued a work visa, usually stamped or affixed to your passport. If denied, you will receive a notification explaining the reason for denial.

Travel and Entry: If your visa application is approved, we will make all travel arrangements to the destination country as per the visa expiry date. Upon arrival, present your passport along with the visa to immigration officials to enter the country.

Orientation and Integration: Our services include orientation sessions or resources to help candidates adapt to their new environment and integrate into the local community. It provides information about cultural norms, language resources, employment rights and available support services.

Visa conditions: You must comply with the conditions of your work visa, including length of stay, employment restrictions, reporting requirements and any other obligations specified by the immigration authorities. Failure to comply with the terms of the visa and negligent cancellation of your visa will be your responsibility.

Post-Approval Support : After visa approval, we assist candidates in obtaining necessary travel documents, arranging travel logistics and preparing for their transfer to the destination country. We also provide guidance on housing, healthcare, banking and other essential aspects of settling in a new country.

Pre-Departure Training: Training is provided to prepare the candidate to live and work abroad. This may include language training, intercultural communication skills, safety and security protocols, and practical tips for adjusting to a new environment.

Communication and Updates : We maintain regular contact with candidates to provide updates on the progress of their visa application, address any questions or concerns they may have, and provide reassurance and support throughout the process.

Contract Review: We provide the candidate with a detailed employment contract outlining the terms of employment including salary, benefits, and hours of work, job duties, duration of employment and any other relevant clauses. It is essential to ensure that both parties understand and agree to the terms of the contract.
